Crock Pot Hawaiian Ribs

Bren and I love ribs but I rarely ever make them as I've always thought they wouldn't be quite as good in the slow cooker as they are on the bbq. When we have them I have always just bought the premade ribs from the frozen section of the meat department but I really wanted to try them again in the slow cooker.

These ones were super easy to make and I really liked the sauce they were cooked in. The only time I found a problem was that they were difficult to get out of the slow cooker as they were falling off the bone. They broiled up nicely in the oven and they came out great!

I was also confused by the recipe calling for pineapple preserves and I used pineapple juice instead as I wasn't sure of I was supposed to open a can of pineapples and only use the juice.

Bren and I both loved the ribs but Mik didn't really care for them.

Some days I feel like I just can't win with both of them!
