I love quesadillas so when the opportunity came to make a burger as a quesadilla I knew I had to try it!
These burgers were easy enough to make but it is definitely all in the planning and making sure you have pans big enough to do everything at the same time. That I found was my biggest problem as I only had fry pans and I could only fit one tortilla in the pan at one time so the timing was crazy. I got a second fry pan to start cooking up more but I was handing out burgers one at a time.
Toppings were great and super easy and you could add more "mexican" toppings in there to make it even better!
