My review of Hellhounds (Death by Reaper MC #1) by Esther E. Schmidt

Eliana knows that there is a mix of humans and paranormal individuals. Her sister is a mix but Eliana seems to have no powers herself, although she comes from a powerful family.

Alistair is a Hellbound Shifter and Presidents of Death by Reaper MC Hell Charter. When he meets Eliana he realizes he has met his mate but when he discovers who she is he realizes that they may not be able to be together.

Soon there are lines crossed and maybe good and evil are not as clear cut as people once thought.

This was a super interesting book that mixes a few great genres - MC's and paranormal!

Eliana was super interesting as she felt she wasn't as important as her sister Velma as she had no powers. She knew when she met Alistair that she had feelings for him immediately but his MC was the complete opposite of what she was used to.

Alistair was awesome and I loved that he turned into a hellhound as it is so unique but relevant to his MC. He was so protective of both Eliana and Velma and I loved how he helped Eliana with everything she was discovering about herself.

I loved the twists about family and I was super intrigued by what they discovered at the end of the book and what will be happening in future books! This was a great first book in the series and I can't wait for more!
