Harley Vander was 6 years old when her father, "Grunge", took her from her mother's place and had her grow up as the princess of the Shadow Keepers MC. But as she grew up she soon faced more difficulties as she was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder. All Harley wanted to do was be a member of the Shadow Keepers and she was willing to do whatever it took.
Benjamin "Benji" Daxton was there when Harley was taken from her mom's and has been by her side as the two grew up together as kids in the Shadow Keepers. He will do whatever it takes to keep her safe, even if it means going against his own President.
As Harley's alter ego, Farrah, comes to the surface will Harley be able to keep the two sides of her life straight and safe before it's too late and she winds up in more trouble than she could have possibly imagined? Will Benji be able to get to her in time?
This was such a great book and it dealt with things rarely seen in an MC book before and I loved it!
I thought Harley was awesome and I loved seeing her two sides and the differences between them. It was interesting to watch them come out at different times and how her whole personality just changed. Harley was tough and then Farrah was girly and the complete opposite. It was funny when one would realize what the other had done in regards to Professor Michael Prescott, the objective of both of them but for entirely different reasons.
Benji was absolutely awesome and he cared so much about Harley and wanted her safe with him and not out and about. I loved when he revealed to Harley how much he truly knew and cared and it was awesome.
The ending of the book was holy cow awesome and I was shocked at the actions of the one that put Harley's life in their hands so she would not be a burden. I loved the other reveal at the end and I truly can not wait to see how this series progresses!!
