As a thank you to some of the guys who have been helping me whenever I need it, I have made some cookies. I know the two families that help me out the most will not accept any gifts so I will bake different recipes as thank yous as they won't turn down my baking!
This was such a fun recipe to make as I haven't made too many cookies before that I stuff things in them. This was still super easy to do and Mik I made them together. Take note that this is a recipe that needs refrigeration before baking so you need to have extra time for that.
These were so good and the families loved them!!
This is another one that I would love to experiment with by adding perhaps white chocolate chips as well as that would be good with the caramel!
