This was one of the most delicious easy dishes I have had. This meal was easy and loved by both of my kids and me.
So the only thing I skipped in the whole thing was the sriracha sauce as the kids aren't huge fans of anything spicy.
My son complained at the beginning that there were mushrooms but as soon as he actually tried them he was pleasantly surprised and happily ate the rest of them in his bowl.
I loved the simpleness of this recipe and I will definitely make it again very soon!!
