Chicken Quesadillas

This is one of Bren's meals that he picked out for his night to cook. This one is so easy to make but it is honestly one of my favorite quick meals if you have the chicken already cooked.

Bren got everything ready and assembled them all. I helped him a little bit with flipping them over as sometimes they can be tricky when filled so much.

One thing that we love doing is using one tortilla and filling it half way instead of using two as it is way easier to turn and cook!

We followed the directions and really enjoyed our meal!
