This was a meal we have had on the calendar for months now but never seem to get to cooking it because of the super long cook time. I highly advise not cooking this one in the summer like we did but it cooks for a super long time (90 minutes) at 275' and then goes up to 425' for another 20 minutes.

So this one is super easy to make but you need to be home to cook it.

The chicken turned out so moist and I will definitely cook it again in the fall or winter when I want the oven on for a long period of time! We followed the instructions as is and this was a meal that Mik had picked out for us!
