I've been trying to find healthy recipes to make in an attempt to get healthy and eat better and this was a recipe that I really hoped would appeal to the kids.
This recipe is super easy to make and I think next time I would add some seasoning into the burger part as I found that it was a little plain for me but the recipe doesn't give you specific instructions on that.
We used mushrooms, onions and pickles in our burgers and I think next time I would try and find some more things to add into it. They were good and easy to make and the kids enjoyed them.
I liked that they were a good size but I did find that they shrunk quite a bit in the oven while cooking.
