Damn, did she look like a goddess. T-shirt, short shorts, hair tied back, no makeup; despite what she wore, she looked sweeter than honey. Like a siren calling towards me, all I wanted to do was hold her and kiss her. More and more it was harder not to make that final move. I knew we were supposed to be taking our time, but the agonizing pain of waiting was proving to be too hard.
We both stared, gazing at the gleam in our eyes. It was like we were having some sexy staring contest. Neither of us moved, afraid that if we broke, it would be the last time we saw each other. Slowly, my hand reached up and cupped her face. Jasmine softly moaned as she leaned her head into my hand. Her soft lips puckered together; her chest moved frantically as she took deep breaths. We continued to stare as I leaned forward. My tongue greased my lips for the moment to come. Something told me this was it. This was the moment I’ve been waiting for since that night at the club. Jasmine’s eyes never left mine as the distance closed between us. In my head, it was almost like I could hear a fake sports announcer shout, the fifty, the forty, the thirty, the twenty, the ten, folks he’s nearly there…
Inches away from her face, I could smell her perfume. It was driving me crazy, like a bee smelling pheromones. My fingers combed through her brown locks. She gasped as she inched another inch. Everything was moving slower. Time had frozen, and it seemed like it was just the two of us in the world. I wanted to kiss her. God, did I want to feel her lips on my own. My heart raced, imagining the feeling. We paused, both of us hovering, waiting for the other to break.
“Brock?”
“Yeah?”
“Are you going to kiss me or stare at me all night?”
I raised an eyebrow.
“You sure? Are you ready?”
“Show me what I’ve been missing.”
“My pleasure.”
I squeezed my hips together and twisted my body. I gained the dominant position on top as Jasmine lay below me. Her eyes looked at me, begging for me to make the connection. My hand fondled her locks once more before I dove down and kissed her.
Touchdown.
When our lips finally touched, I swear I felt electricity. My entire body felt like it was on fire. I’ve never tasted anything sweeter in my life. My heart fluttered, my stomach turned, my toes curled. Goddamn.
It was everything you wanted in a first kiss. There was passion, emotion, and love. Every time our lips touched, I felt like I was doing a summersault. I’ve never kissed anyone like that before. It was like two months of penned up emotional energy was jammed into that one kiss.
Jasmine moaned instantly. I groaned as the shock of the kiss took the air from my lungs. We stayed in bed kissing for I don’t know how long. Our bodies twisted and turned. Her leg was draped over my body, my arm was wrapped around her back. We were in a lover’s pretzel as we made out. When we finally broke, we both were exhausted, breathing deeply.
“Well, that was something else,” I gasped.
“Yeah. I think I might have a hickey after that.”
“Me too.” We both laughed and Jasmine stood up.
“Where are you going?” I asked.
“I’m making sure the door’s locked.”
“What for?” I asked.
“Because I plan on making out with you all night and I don’t want any interruptions.”
I smirked at her raising an eyebrow. “Then what are you waiting for?”
Jasmine squealed and ran to lock the door. She jumped back into bed into my awaiting arms and then we kissed each other like there was no tomorrow.
