Samantha McCue hates spending Thanksgiving with her step-mom Lynn and step-brother Martin. Her ex-boyfriend Ken has just showed up and things look like they are about to get ugly when she is saved by a mysterious stranger.
Reece Jackman and his business partner and best friend Gavin have been invited to Thanksgiving as they are trying to sell Martin, the VP of Prism Capital some new technology. Nothing makes him happier than saving a girl in distress.

I really liked Samantha and how she dreaded going to Lynn's for the holidays! I loved when she was supported by Reece when she was dealing with Ken and it really put him in his place!
The hot tub scene was super HOT and I thought it got even more intense at the end with the little fight.
I was totally shocked at the next huge blowup and what was revealed there! I was glad that Samantha got the heck out of there!!
The epilogue was awesome and provided a great HEA!!
