My review of Fall by Kristen Callihan

Stella Gray feels like she is being stalked in the grocery store as every turn he seems to be behind her but when her grabs the last mint chocolate chip ice cream she will do anything to have it - including kissing the stranger and stealing it from his hands.

John "Jax" Blackwood is used to having the ladies fall at his feet but he's never been kissed for ice cream before. Yet his life is also not what it used to be but it may be a time for a change after a trip to the doctor's office.

When Stella and John meet up again things heat up and not necessarily in a good way as tensions mount between the two. But both Stella and John have pasts and neither know if they are ready for more than friendship. Will the two find what they need in the other to get them through the tough times?

This was a really good book and I enjoyed it from start to finish!

I loved the beginning at the grocery store as it made me laugh and then their next scene together was so funny as well. So many laughs!

I liked the gradual friendship between Stella and John and how they both had things in their pasts that they were overcoming. I loved Stella's job and I think it is such a great idea for an occupation!

One other thing that I really loved is that it really showed the vulnerability of both Stella and John and showed their weaknesses and how they both worked at overcoming their pasts and becoming stronger individuals.

I loved the strength that Stella found in new friends Brenna, Libby and Sophie and how they taught her about friendship in a way she had never experienced before. It was so awesome and uplifting!

I also loved one of the conversations at the end of the book between Killian and John and how Killian took some responsibility for past events.

The end was awesome and I am looking forward to more from this author!
