Juno Bailey is a matchmaker and her latest success is the one that is breaking her heart. When she matches her best friend, Colton Stone, up with new French beauty she has no idea how fast their relationship will progress.
Colton Stone is a veterinarian and is engaged to Bridgette, a French veterinarian who is currently working in Alaska. He knows he wants to take over the practice when Dr. Murphy retires but he has some things to prove first.
Can Juno keep her spirits up when she is struggling with her business and losing her best friend all at the same time?
This is another great book in the series filled with love, laughs and the usual Bailey clan antics!
Juno is a great character as she is almost the most insecure of the clan with questioning herself and whether she truly belongs in the family. I also love how torn she is in this book about Colton. It is breaking her heart to be around him but she also can't say no to helping him with various aspects of his wedding.
I thought Colton was a great character and he was super hard working and was happy in Alaska. Yet he also does something to help out Bridgette but it cost him so much, especially his friendship with Juno. I felt bad that Colton felt torn between the two but he got himself into the situation he was in.
It was interesting seeing how much Juno was still struggling with her insecurities about love and loss and how much that impacted her life and the choices that she made. I got why she pulled away from Colton again but I hated at what she lost because of it. Grandma Dori again interfered at the right time to make Juno realize the things she needed to.
I loved that van and thought that was a great idea for her!! Grandma Dori is so awesome!
The end was great and I am really looking forward to Kingston's book next but the arrival of Sedona was a total shock!!
5 Stars
