This is one of those special pancakes you want to save for a special occasion and so much fun to use with cookie cutters!
These are so delicious and I was so happy with how they turned out! Mik and I cooked them up and then Bren even helped out as well and so many pancakes were eaten!! I was very impressed with how much they devoured!
One trick is to have some extra melted butter on hand to grease the cookie cutters and then pour the batter in so they don't stick!
Unfortunately I did not make the cream cheese frosting to go with them but I would definitely do it next time!
