So have I mentioned how much I love my new griddle?? The kids and I each got through Pinterest and discovere what we want to try and this was one that Bren wanted to try. Now due to my stove not working I couldn't make the raspberry sauce so instead I got some raspeberry jam and heated that up and used that as the sauce instead.
I also cut the hole in the ziploc bag too big so the sauce did not come out nicely at all and was very lumpy at places. That did not take away from the taste however and I loved the pancakes with the jam in them!
This is definitely something I would make again!
