Una MacKay has no desire to ever get married but she finds herself in an arranged marriage with a man 10 years older than her and one she has never met.

This is a great quick read filled with lots of steam!!!
I loved that Una was such an independent woman and that she loved to read! She was worried about getting married and having to give up her love of reading as most men didn't approve. I loved that she was feisty and her first scene with Hamish in the steam room was so awesome!!
Hamish was a great Scottish lord and he was heating up any room he walked into! I loved that he wanted and accepted Una for her differences and knew about her ahead of time. I loved his directness and how he proved how much he wanted her.
There was so much chemistry between Una and Hamish and it was HOT!!!! I loved when Hamish presented Una with the book and how she read it to him and things got even hotter!!
I liked how well Una could wield a spear and thought that was such a great touch and lead up to the next books in the series!!
