I was looking for some comfort food and something a little bit different one night and decided to make the Beef Cups and Potatoe Casserole. Both of these looked awesome and relatively easy to make.
So let's start off with the Beef Cups.
This is such a great recipe with so many endless possibilities! You could decorate each cup up to suit your own favorite burger possibilities and try out something new as well!
This recipe is super easy to follow and tasted super good! I love the ground beef and BBQ sauce mixture but we did not choose to use the jalapenos.
Now we followed the recipe as directed but instead of the jalapenos you could throw in fried diced onions, pickles or anything else to give it an individual touch. You could also change up the cheese and try something completely different.
We will definitely be trying this recipe again as it was straightforward and easy. Now we just used regular Pillsbury biscuits as we didn't have the grand in my local store. It seemed to still work out fine but they just weren't quite as big and we had more of them.
We don't seem to eat a lot of potatoes except in french fry form and this looked easy and good plus it had lots of cheese!
Now I did "cheat" and go with the soup instead of making the white sauce from scratch due to both it being a time saver and wanted easy. There are some times when I will go the more difficult route but this was not going to be one of those times.
This recipe is straightforward and so easy to follow! Then when I tried it I thought I went to heaven! It was so incredible and absolutely delicious!! It was creamy and cheesy and was perfect for what I had wanted!
