Bourbon Butterscotch Bars

I love cooking with Bourbon and this was another treat that I made for the hockey wind-up! I think a lot of people tend to stay away from bourbon but I love the taste of it inside something with chocolate as it gives it a completely unique taste!

Lately I have been making brownies instead of my usual cupcakes as I find they are so much quicker to make and still so very delicious! These ones were awesome and so soft and chewy and devoured by the adults.

I followed the directions to a tee and can't wait to make more from this website!
