As you may have seen lately I've had some partial fails lately with the kids. I've enjoyed the meals but the kids haven't been as happy lately with the dishes I've been cooking. Well, tonight was a complete winner and so easy to make!
It's funny lately that it seems to be the ground beef ones that seem to be the winners where as the chicken ones are failing. This one is just so easy and contains some of the kids favorite things - rice and corn!
This one can be whipped up when you are short on time and not looking for a fancy dinner to expand your kids horizons!
