I've been trying to find recipes that use my new air fryer but I still find I am probably not using it as much as I should be. This was a recipe that I was excited to try as I loved Egg Rolls and I knew that Bren would love them.
The filling was super easy to make and it didn't take me too long to fill the egg rolls. That being said I definitely needed more of the wrappers or a larger size as I had so much leftovers. Luckily we actually made nachos with the leftovers which was awesome!
These are a great appie or paired with a salad a perfect meal! We will definitely be making these again.
