This was a recipe that looked super good and easy and I thought I had everything but turns out I was missing a key ingredient - alfredo sauce. That being said I had a garlic wing sauce so I decided to use that instead.
I diced up my onions and red peppers but next time I will definitely use slices instead. The meat was great and I really liked the way everything came together easily and fast.
I did use store bought pizza crust and it was a thin pizza but I think if I made it again I would use a thicker sauce as the pizza "bent" easily under the weight of the toppings. I loved using the provolone slices and I really liked how it melted into the pizza.
This was a winning pizza for sure and could only be improved with alfredo sauce next time!!
