Mik and I were looking to use up some Brioche bread one morning so we decided on French Toast and Mik found this recipe. I think she was attracted by the word "easy" when she started searching. French toast is honestly something that I really don't have enough as it is so simple to make and I love the "additions" that you can find.
This recipe was so easy to make and I loved the secret ingredient of vanilla as it is one of my favorite tastes/flavors.
This recipe is so easy and straightforward and was amazing when we used the brioche bread with it. I think brioche should be a staple with all French toast recipes!
