I'm always on the look out for recipes that say easy. Sometimes I find though that we have two definitions of easy and these recipes end up taking me way longer than they should.
Luckily this dinner was exactly as promised - easy, quick and delicious!
I don't ever buy hamburger helpers so this recipe said it could be compared to one I thought I would give it a try but I was already sold on the quick part!
My daughter ended up making the dinner and it was so easy and straightforward. It took her no time at all and both of us really liked it!
We followed the recipe exactly as is and it was super good and I wouldn't make any changes next time!
