This was another one of Mik's dinners that she wanted to make. The good thing is that it looked easy enough to make and I was pretty excited for a pasta salad.
Well, I thought it was great but neither kid particularly loved the sauce. I think personally that there was too much cumin in it for them and it definitely was a little too strong.
I definitely think the dressing could be altered and then I am pretty sure the kids would be happy with the salad! The good news is that I have lots of leftovers to eat!
